PAINTING FOR PEACE GALLERY
The vivid images and artwork in the books tell the story of how hundreds of people of all ages and races came together in Ferguson, Missouri, to bring peace, healing and hope to their community using the simplest of all tools — a paintbrush. We couldn't have created this project without the hundreds of photos submitted from the public — and the 140-plus pieces of art created by more than 300 artists who participated in the Paint for Peace St. Louis project.
While we couldn't use every photo in the book, we wanted to make sure they were still shared. The work is absolutely inspirational. Thank you to everyone who shared their photos and art. Consider sharing this project and these works of art with someone you know!
